Events we supply in Oshawa
Campus events are the volume end. Convocations, orientation weeks and open days are among the most stanchion-hungry events anyone runs: several parallel queues, each needing to be labelled so people self-sort before they reach a desk. Belt stanchions with toppers on the posts, in quantity, is the whole answer.
The rest divides between the arena and downtown theatres — concert and awards nights where a rope line and a runner carry the front of house — and the long-running park and street festivals, where the work starts at the edge: fencing the footprint, leaving the openings wide enough to keep people moving, then belt stanchions inside for the food and merchandise lines.

Delivery to Oshawa
Oshawa is the far end of our regular Durham route, which makes timing worth settling early — a single trip covering the load-in and a scheduled pickup is easier to place than two separate windows. The arena and the campuses both work to booked dock times, so send yours with the enquiry; for the parks, tell us the surface and the vehicle access instead.
Delivery to Oshawa is quoted individually, on two things: the address and the size of the order. A theatre front of house and a convocation morning are different jobs entirely — the convocation wants lanes in quantity, every one of them labelled. Send the event address with your dates and it will be itemised on your quote, usually within a few hours.
Book ahead for peak dates — convocation weeks and the summer festival run are the two stretches that fill first. Otherwise there is no minimum notice: we run same-day delivery when you need it, which matters when a ceremony is added to a week that is already full.
Oshawa questions
How many belt stanchions does a convocation need?
More than the headcount suggests, because the count follows the number of parallel lanes rather than the number of people. A straight lane takes a post every 8 ft of belt and every turn takes one, so send the floor plan and the lane layout — or start with how many stanchions do I need →.
Can you label the lanes at a registration or check-in desk?
Yes — toppers mount on top of a belt stanchion post and hold a letter-size 8.5 × 11 in sheet, so a lane can read "A–M", "Pre-registered" or "Walk-ins" without staff repeating it all morning. You supply the printed sheets; any office printer does it. See accessories →.
Do you deliver to Oshawa for a single-day festival?
Yes, and pickup afterwards is part of the same booking. Book ahead for the summer festival dates because they fill up; outside those there is no minimum notice and same-day is available when you need it.
