Every rate below is a starting point for that item. Your quote works from these and reflects your quantities, your dates and your address.

What is already included
What the rate covers, and how a date is held:
Insurance
Included. You are not asked for an additional insurance line on top of the rental.
Pickup
Delivery covers collection after the event. You are not quoted twice for the same truck.
Booking
Your equipment is reserved for your event once the order is paid in full.
Setup and teardown
Setup and teardown by our crew are optional, and they are quoted with the order rather than sold at a fixed rate — a run of eight posts in a lobby and a full festival perimeter are not the same job. Ask for it on the enquiry and it will appear as its own line on your quote.
Plenty of clients skip it. The posts carry easily and clip together without tools, so a small setup is well within what a venue team can place themselves.
Delivery
Delivery within Toronto starts at $150 and includes pickup after your event.
Everywhere else in the GTA is quoted individually, on two things: the address and the size of the order. A single lobby run and a full festival load are different trips, and the distance decides the rest.

Cancellation
If plans change, this is how it works:

Pricing questions
What is included in the price?
The equipment and insurance — there is no separate insurance charge on top of the rental. Delivery is its own line, starting at $150 across Toronto, and that covers pickup after the event. Setup and teardown are optional and quoted with the order.
How do you produce a quote?
Send your dates, quantities and the event address. We itemise the equipment, add delivery for that address, and send it back — usually within a few hours. Nothing is estimated verbally and then changed later; the quote is the number. Request a quote →
When is my equipment reserved?
Once the order is paid in full. That is what holds the stock for your dates, so on a busy weekend it is worth settling early rather than late.
Can I get equipment the same day?
Often, yes. Book ahead for peak dates — award season, spring and summer weddings and December corporate evenings all fill up. Otherwise there is no minimum notice: we run same-day delivery when you need it, so send your dates and we will confirm straight away what we can get to you.
