For custom or large orders, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. For standard rentals, a few days is usually enough. That said, if you're in a rush, we'll do everything we can to make it work — even same-day bookings. Just fill out our order form and we'll figure it out together.

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event date are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.
