Rental Solution for Crowd Control

Event Package Rentals in Toronto

Some events do not need one product, they need a combination — stanchions and a carpet runner working together at the same entrance. A package is how you order that combination as one thing, instead of putting it together yourself and hoping the parts match.

Gold rope stanchions with red velvet ropes along an indoor red carpet runner

Red carpet package

Arrivals, premieres, galas, award nights — anything that gets photographed.

Rope stanchions and a carpet runner, together:

  • Carpet runner down the length of the walk
  • Rope stanchions along both sides
  • Velvet ropes between the posts

This is the combination that makes an entrance photograph well. The runner gives the walk a surface and an edge; the rope line holds people back off it so the shot stays clear. Either one on its own does half the job — the runner without a rope line gets crowded, and a rope line over bare floor is just a queue.

The red carpet package starts from $200. That is a floor rather than a fixed figure — what your walk actually needs is worked out on the quote, which comes back itemised.

Belt stanchions carrying blank sign toppers during an event setup

Crowd control package

Festivals, registration lines, concerts, high-traffic entrances.

Belt stanchions and toppers, together:

  • Belt stanchions with retractable belts
  • Toppers mounted on the posts

A line needs more than posts and belts. The stanchions shape the queue and the toppers label it — "line starts here", registration, check-in direction — so guests read where to go instead of being told. Posts without signage means somebody stands there all night explaining the lane.

The crowd control package starts from $49 per set — one stanchion with one sign topper. How many sets your door needs is settled on the quote, not here.

Which package fits your event

The question is what the entrance is for. If it is a moment — people arriving, being photographed, walking in rather than queuing up — that is the red carpet package. A premiere, a gala, an award night, a launch with a photo wall: the entrance is part of the event, not just the way in, and it wants a runner with a rope line either side of it.

If the entrance is a volume problem — festival gates, registration and check-in, doors opening on a crowd that is already waiting — that is the crowd control package. Belt stanchions shape the lane and the toppers say what it is, which is what keeps a busy door moving without staff repeating themselves all evening.

Plenty of events are both. A conference with an awards dinner has a registration queue in the afternoon and an arrival in the evening; those take both packages, and they arrive on the same delivery.

Building something else

The two packages come as configured. If your event does not match either one, order the items you need individually and we will quote the whole thing as one order:

FAQ

What is in each package?

The red carpet package is rope stanchions with a carpet runner — the runner for the walk, posts and velvet ropes along both sides of it. The crowd control package is belt stanchions with retractable belts, plus toppers mounted on the posts for your queue signage.

Why order a package instead of the items separately?

Because the combination is the thing that works, and a package saves you deciding what pairs with what. If you already know exactly what you want, ordering items individually is perfectly fine and gets quoted the same way — the package is a shortcut, not a requirement.

Can we change what is in a package?

Packages come as configured. If you need a different combination, order the items individually from the product pages and we will quote it as one order — same delivery, same contact. Belt stanchions → · Rope stanchions → · Carpet runners →

How do you work out what our event needs?

From your entrance. Send the event address, your dates and a sketch or photo of the space if you have one, and the quote comes back itemised — usually within a few hours. Nothing is decided from this page; it is worked out for your event.

Which rope and runner colours can we have?

Runners come in red, white, black, green and navy, and the rope colour is matched to the post you choose — see carpet runners → and rope stanchions →. Tell us the look you are after on the enquiry and we will confirm the pairing.

Do you deliver and set up?

We deliver across Toronto and the GTA and collect after your event. Setup and teardown by our crew are optional — give us the event address and your access window and the setup will be standing before doors, or we can drop it off and leave the placing to your team.

How far in advance should I book?

Book ahead for peak dates — award season, spring and summer weddings and December corporate evenings all fill up. Otherwise there is no minimum notice: we run same-day delivery when you need it, so send your dates and we will confirm straight away what we can get to you.
