Choosing a colour
Red is the colour people picture when they hear "carpet" — it is the right call for classic arrivals, premieres and award nights, where the point is that everyone recognises it immediately. White suits weddings and bright modern venues, where a light aisle reads clean against pale floors and daylight. Black is the neutral: it disappears into a dark room, sits well on camera and never fights a brand palette.
Green and navy are the ones to ask about when a colour is doing brand work — an activation matched to a logo, a seasonal look, or a corporate evening that wants a formal entrance without the theatre of red. If you are unsure, tell us the venue floor and the lighting and we will tell you what will actually show up.

How much carpet runner you need
Measure the walked length — door to entry, or curb to the room — and that is the length to order; we cut to it, so there is no need to round up to a stock size.
Choose 4 ft where guests arrive single file and the runner is mainly marking the route. Choose 6 ft where guests walk two abreast, where there is a step-and-repeat to stand in front of, or where photographers work the sides and need people kept off the edge of frame.

Can carpet runners be used outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor arrivals are one of the most common setups we deliver. We fix the runner down with professional double-sided tape, which holds it firmly so nobody catches a foot on an edge, and lifts afterwards without leaving marks on the surface underneath.
What lengths do you supply?
There are no fixed stock lengths — runners are cut to length on request. Send the walked distance from your door to the entry and we cut to it. Both widths, 4 ft and 6 ft, are cut the same way.
Can we have a runner longer than 25 ft?
Yes. Longer runs are made by joining runners together, and once the carpet is down and taped the seam is barely visible. Send the length you need and we will work it out.
What if we need a non-standard size?
Send us the dimensions and we will work out what we can do.
Should I choose the 4 ft or the 6 ft width?
Four feet is right for a single-file arrival where the runner is marking the route. Six feet is the one to take when guests walk two abreast, when there is a photo or press wall at the end, or when photographers are working the sides — the extra width keeps people off the edge of frame.

How far in advance should I book?
Book ahead for peak dates — award season, spring and summer weddings and December corporate evenings all fill up. For everything else there is no minimum notice: we run same-day delivery when you need it, so send your dates and the walked length and we will confirm straight away what we can get to you.
Is setup included?
Setup is an optional add-on. Our crew can lay the runner, tape it down and dress the stanchions either side of it before doors, or we can drop it off and leave the install to your team.
